Refund policy

1. Returns:

Due to the nature of our products and the eco friendly packaging which we chose our products are not eligible for a return.

2. Exclusions:

Certain items are eligible for return, including:

• items damaged or defective if proven that it happened during shipment
• error on our part (wrong items sent)
• orders not sent yet 

3. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at pantanir@letterpress.is to request a return authorisation.
• Once you receive authorization, securely package the item(s) you wish to return.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you within 14 days of the status of your refund. Please allow 48 hours for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Return Shipping:

You will not be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item) or if the item arrived damaged or defective.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, 24h after receiving. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
